STAY TOGETHER - you would be surprised how easy it is to mess up if you
get split up even by small distances. So stay together so that you can communicate easily with each other with minimum
effort.
Fitness
You will need a reasonably good base level of fitness to successfully complete a race of this nature.
So if your training has been 6 months in front of the telly, forget about
it. If you keep yourself in OK shape and are used to exertion, you should be fine.
You
do NOT need to be a mountain whippet to complete and enjoy our races (but it might help!). There will be bonus loops,sections
or checkpoints throughout the race.
